Breathe Vision

A vision is a vision because it feels signifcantly beyond our reach- that's the point...visions are the guiding lights of our inspired imaginations.......they invite us to stretch beyond that which we have previously believed possible....

Every day I meet poeple in person and on the web who are living what could be called extra-ordinary ordinary lives- they are like you or me...simply going about life.....and yet inside they hold a vision for a better world, a more peaceful world, a more loving world. They hold visions for the cure to cancer, for healing from brain injury, for recvoring from addiciton. they hold true to their beliefs that no kid should go hungry, that violence agianst women needs to end... and each day they take actions in their own lives to make this so. These people are like you and me everyday visionaries. Here I am thinking of a wonderful woman that I know who is a true and compelling athlete- her unserving focus and visions for her own excellence are always inspiring others to have their own visions...and to reach for the greater than imagined in their own lives....

Being a visionary is not something that is limited to the chosen few- just as being an artist isn't either. The ability to vision new ideas and possiblities is within each and every one of us. Like everything else it is something that can be practiced! Breathing Vision into your life allows for the out of the ordinary to happen in very ordinary ways. Breathing vision creates the space for that which you would never have thought of, to become something that instills itself as a guiding light in your heart...

Last night I had a conversation with an amazing woman visoinary that I know who is a humnitarian aid worker serving the women of the Congo as a Gender-based violence advisor. Her vision is a strong and courageous one- to be an advocate to end sexual violence. See thats a big vison right? She was sharing with me how hard it is to keep her vision alive in a place where there is so much terror, darkness and corruption. She talked about how hard it is to keep the energy and feeling that she could hold a vision for anything to change. I could feel her lonliness with this tremendous task that she has commited herself to. As we talked it occured to me that it is one thing for us to be courageous to have a vision in our lives- whatever it may be- and quite another to be able to follow through with the vision in the face of adversity and challenge.

I was compelled to reach out to her and ask her if i could be a holder of her vision- so that she did not need to be so alone with this... I share her vision here in the knowing that a vision shared is a vision that becomes more focussed and more easily manifested...

Brandi's Vision: "My vision to be serving the women of the Congo in an organization where I am appreciated, and compensated and challenged. To grow in my field, as a gender based violence advisor andproject co-ordinator. To be sadfe and protected."

Now we may not all be living in such extreme circumstances as war torn Congo-facing these kinds of challnges in our visions.. .. yet for all of us there is a challenge in holding true to our visions. Once we have connected with a vision and start to lilve our life in alignment with it we inevitably discover that we can't do it alone....we need to not only hold our visons but be held in our visions. Whatever they are.

Practice #1 Getting out of your own way....embracing the visonary that you are...

Take a moment to call in a vision that you have- it could be anything-anything that has ever boethered you- that you have felt compelled towards wanting to change? It could be a cause, it could be an invention, it could be a service of somekind, it could be just about anything that in some way adds heart value, practical help, deeper meaning, joy ....to your life and the lives of others. When asked to focus on a vison that you have for yourself, family friends, or world..what hapens? Are you flooded with thoughts of the improbablity of the vision? Now notice what happens- do you stop breathing? Do you feel like you dont know what your visionis? Do you feel you dont have vision.. or is it easy for you. No matter what response you have - be with it. Breathe into the possiblity that you are the receptor of your own visions- and that each one of us is uniquely important in our contribuition. Are you wondering what vision you could possibly hold?

Pracitce #2- Sharing the Vision

Once you are out of your way- you can actually find the way to name what some of your visions are....You need to be supported by others in these wonderful visons. Remember we are not alone with what we vision. It is in the process of sharing them that the can become energized and you just never know who you are talking to....or what they might add of such great value to your vision.....
So the incitation today is to find someone - and to share with them your vision and to ask them what thier vison is. Invite this conversation and Breathe life and energy into your visons no matter how large or small... Invite the privelege of being a vision holder for another- this is an extremely important and wonderful way to create connections...

So in the spirit of sharing here is one of my visons: I see a way to to actively co-create with as many poeple as possible through the internet- to create communites of empowerment so that we can all share the incredible resources that we have. Another is to connect amazing women all over the world in a web of support and empowerment...yet another is see world peace.....Now these are my guiding lights. They give me the purpose to become inspired in my imagination of the ways that I may be able to create this vision....And invite me to risk being in relaitonship with a world where many manhy others share my vision....

I invite you to breathe vision today andto know that thoughts become reality through our visions, andinspired imaginations.....

Breathe Equanimity

Equanimity-
The quality of being calm, balanced, having composure..
Everything that is created on the outside is first created by a thought on the inside. "Time for silence and stillness is not time wasted! Surrender to this silent. empty canvas on which you can consciously create" (Spillsbury - 13 Mooon Oracle)
How did your day start? What was the first thought you had this morning when you got up? What was the feeling tone of your first breath? Do you remember? Our first thoughts and feelings create the tone for the movie of our day....

This morning I awoke feeling peaceful - I was singing, cleaning the kitchen, making fresh orange juice- all was well with my world. I was breathing equanimity- feeling the internal sense of all is right with my world: calm, peaceful, centered...

Then...I saw the post on the side- I took the envelopes and opened them- not really paying attention I took a look at the first one...it was from the police...a notification that I owed about 250.00 for a speeding ticket I had gotten months ago... Immediately I felt heat start to rise in my body- my heart rate increasing, I felt victimized, angry, put upon and worst of all angry with myself.

Suddenly out of nowhere came the old old voices: "You are so stupid, why didn't you pay more attention, now look what you have done, now you need to be punished for this" .....such was the familarity of these old patterns that for about 30 minutes I was stuck in a reactionary loop - pretty much ruining my day....Where had my previous positive, feel good mood gone? I was now living in my own hell- a loop of bad feeling cruising through my system.... Now where was that elusive equanimity?

I know that I am not the only one who has these experiences- I work with clients everyday who have similar struggles when faced with experiences that are stressful- what we would call unpleasant. we get readily attached to having these experience not only define us but also imapct how we see our day. In the law of attraction we are setting ourselves up for more of the same......So what to do..we need to find ways to re-balance...to hit the reset button!

Practice #1 On the out breath!

Well first things first- If you find yourself in this kind of loop....unable to stop the downward spiral...on the train to your own personal hell realm....this could be a practice for you!

Take a breath, and begin to imagine releasing the toxins of these thoughts right out of your body. On each exhale conscisouly choose to let go of your thinking, you can imagine these thoughts actually dissolving in front of your eyes. Imagine that these thoughts are in in fact toxins and that each breath is a way to clean out your insides.

Practice #2: Take a Shower!!

Ok maybe not practical - but if it is you can go and literally take a shower- and focus your awareness on the sensation of the water hitting your body. Then with your mind actually imagine that you can let the thoughts be washed right out of you- as the water is able to refresh and clean your mind, body and spirit......In every culture there are rituals of cleansing and bathing- these are not simply for the cleanliness of the body- but also of the energetic system, the auric field. Feel the way that the water can conduct negativity out of you system. Similar to being with a waterfall where you can feel the energy being ionized by the water- A shower does the same thing....

Practice #3: Invite Stillness and Balance

Breathe Equanimity- as you breath in imagine your focus on a blue pool of water- It is very still and mirror like, deep sapphire blue in colour- Imagine that this is where you are sitting and allow yourself to begin to calm. In this space allow your mind to become empty - apart from this cooling, calming, blue poolof inward quiet....

No matter what your environment is, no matter what outside stressors come your way (speeding tickets included!) you can choose to Breathe Equanimity- you can choose to find the way back to a place quiet, relaxation and awareness....It is a practice for sure!

An invitation to you today is to notice stress, upset and the heat of irritatin aan to bring the cool breathe of equanimity to yourself. Allowing your body, mind and spirit to de-stress is the best gift you can give yourself....practice this each time you get off balance!

Breathe Strength

Breathe Strength

Strength is to generosity what compassion is to love. Strength..just feel what happens when you let this word roll of your tongue. As you say it out loud how does your body, mind and spirit respond? What is its vibrancy in your being? What does this tell you about the quality of strength? Feel it in your spine, in your heart. I am finding myself sitting upright, finding the gravity of my own back bone...feeling my center. There is a steadfast quailty, a grounding in, a sense of noble knowing. Notice what happens to your own body.- When does strength become fixed and rigid and more like arrogance and "rightness". When is strength in service of the higher good, when it is tamed- when does brute strength become noble strength?

Breathing strength is an invitation to feel your center- your core, your ability to take the raw vital life force of protection, tenacity, perserverance, convition and be able to focalize its amazing fire inside your loving heart. Strength without heart becomes dagnerous at best and domination at worst. Strength with out generosity or compassion runs the risk of being untamed, unfocussed and in its ferocity may burn all who step close.

Have you ever felt yourself in the heat of your anger wishing to be of service to the higher good- of wanting to say something important- but found your self communicating in a way that simply burnt all those around you? Often times when we are feeling our strength it can be connected also to our anger- this is when the harsh light of our "truth" may in its ferocity damage somone. Breathing strength gives us the chance for us to take responsibility for our amazing life force energy to focalize it through the lens of our hearts before we choose to communicate in the world.

Finding our strength is an internal 'blissipline" (thank you Kat for passing this on to me!) it is commitment to feeling the deep power inside of ourselves and offering this power in service of the higher good. Strength is physcial, emotional and spiritual in nature..exploring our ability to live in our strength in a loving and compssionate way is a core spiritual practice. Breathing strength is the pracitce of staying heart connected as we move into our power.

The shadow side of strength can have many faces- control, domination, violence, negation of feelings. fixity, arrogance, or alternatively it can look like collpase, victimhood, lack of internal center, inability to say no, fear of staying the course, lack of responsibility in managing emotions. In our culture strength has been extremely genderized- how we understand strength is colored by our cutural obsession with the need to be the 'best'. To be somehow superior. To be strong implies that others are weak- indeed survival of the fittest is a core value of our cutural belief system. As we move in our evolution, strength becomes a virtue, a quality that is an alchemical distillation of complex emotions into a noble feeling state where there is a conviction based in humility and kindness.

Fierce compassion is a form of strength that we all need in our lives and in our world. Breathing strength is an invitaiton to look at all the ways that you may have misued or abandoned or negated your own strength. What are the beliefs that you have about being strong? And what happens when you hear the word weakness- how does your body respond? Do you collpase a littel or do you feel yourself rally? In noticing how we hold these different energies we are able to bring the focus of our awareness and the light of our heart so that Breathing Strength becomes a practice of subtle ferocity.

An invitaiton for today: think of someone you admire- who is the epitome of this kind of loving strength. How do they hold themselves in the world? I look to the Dalia lama- whose strength is loving kindness - Breathing strength is a practice of feeling and taking responsibility for our thoughts, words and actions...it is finding the way to communicate with conviction and love. Intend today to breathe strength in all your thoughts, words and actions..........

Breathe Generosity

Breathing Generosity!

Generosity- is such a lovely word I like how it feels when I say it- it warm and round and rich and abundant like expensive velvet or the color deep red, or the frangrance of deep roses. The roots of the word generosity lie in nobility and high birth- I am using it to denote a nobility of spirit- that knows it is in the giving that life's true treasures lie.

What does a generosity based life look like? I imagine it to be the only real way to harvest the true treasures of living abundantly. I have been writing extensively about the practice of abundance, in what some would call a great recession. This practice I am invite you into is- to make generosity part of your every day life. Breathe Generosity now!

Breathing generosity means seeing the opportunity to have not just "win win experiences", but experiences where you think of others first. This may seem like an odd invitation- and yet in thinking about a great opportunity for another, you put out into the world an energy of generosity that is bound to be reflected back to you. The treasures of a generous life are rooted in the act of giving- as we give we find we have more to give- when that giving is from a noble place with in us.

There is a shadow of giving and generosity-- All too often coercive acts can be disguised as generosity- How do we know the difference in ourselves and others? I was on a website the other day- about to buy something that told me it was free- then I scrolled down and it said - please note if you sign up for this free download you will be also signing up for our newsletter priced at 14.95 per month. My body reacted- i felt a contraction and a "yuk' feeling like i had almost been duped. The reason for this- was that i was offered something generously for free- and then just about as i was to get my so called 'gift' i was told it came with a price. It was not actually a free generous gift. Needless to say they lost my trust and my $.

So this brings up another question right? Is anything ever really selfless? I mean even if i do something for you- i still have an agenda right? Even if that agenda is to feel good about myself? It is important that we have the ability to feel into our generous acts- because if they are motivated by emotions other than generosity- like for example, power, greed, fear, scarcity - then what we will actually attract back to ourselves will be those experiences.

Practice #1- Noble or Not? Think about a time when you have given with the express desire of getting back - maybe it was a gift that you gave so that you could get a gift back, maybe it was because you felt like you had to give other wise others would think badly of you. What ever it is - we all have examples of the shadow of generosity in our lives. Take a moment to really bring the memory into your mind- and let yourself feel in your body how you know you were not really being generous- but rather you were self serving.....do you notice your belly tighten? your throat? Let yourself pay attention to this internal guidance system that just knows something is off...this is your golden opportunity - to get yourself back into alignment.

Practice #2 - How to recognize generosity! When you give freely you not only feel better, but that giving is returned to you. There is research to suggest that we actually gain more in terms of happiness and fulfillment by giving than by receiving- now isn't that interesting that we are wired that way? Take a moment to think about it- why would supreme intelligence have desgined us so? So that we ultimately feel more rewarded on a brain chemical level when we see the happiness of another- this is a purely relational experience. When we give to another we experience a flood of good feeling hormones into our system that promote bonding, positive thoughts and happiness. So we can surmise that the more often we give, the more we will be rewarded with good feelings and the more we will be motivated to give!
Think about a time when you KNOW that gave just for the pure joy of the giving- bring this memory into your mind- now feel your body- what happening- i wonder if you are smiling- its almost automatic- one of the treasures of true generosity of spirit is a genuine smile.

Practice # 3 Breathe Generosity today in your business, your family, with your friends, with a stranger- allow your self to think about what you might give totally freely- its time to practice that bumper sticker "practice random acts of senseless kindness" only these acts are far from senseless they actuallly create powerful way for us to change our world both inside and out. Find your opportunity today to pracitce breathing generosity towards another and notice how you feel-
One comment I got from this practice!
"I had been struggling with feeling fearful and waking up in the morning worried about my business- its been shrinking and all i can think is that things are not getting any better- I have been feeling depressed - not like me. I don't normally read this kind of stuff- but I got this forwarded to me and I read it- So I tried it- I normally feel a little burdened about giving my kids rides places - its never ending. Today I decided to let it go and be free and generous- not a big thing I know- but the difference it made! I got to enjoy being with my kids and their friends, I got to feel better, like I was doing something, I actually felt good. And they thanked me--they never thank me! I mean never!!!"

Have a blessed and generous day. I truly wish for you success, fullfillment and joy!

Dont panic- Just breathe- We are all in this Together!

Last night I was attending a teleseminar course with Peggy Mccoll - a truly generous and gifted woman. I had hummed and hawed about signing up for the course- aferall what was i doing spending money when the economy is in such dire straits- could i really afford to do this..As I quieted myself I heard the following words "Dont panic about it- just take a breath!" So i got up and made a cup of tea ( i am english afteerall- and some habits are worth holding onto!!) Hot mug of tea in hand another question came to me- Can I really afford not to....Take a deep breath and take the plunge!

As I sat listening to her lightening struck in my own being. I heard her say that no one ever gets to where they are alone- no one ever becomes successful without the help of others. Sounds pretty basic right, i know, but in truth i am not sure that many of us actually realize that we are in this world, this current situation together.

In the current consensual reality where we are all told on a daily basis that we "struggling', every where we look there is signifcant evidence that there is not enough..that business are going under, that we are in a state of emergency and survival.... its hard to imgaine that there can be anything different...

As you read this.....
Take a moment to - feel it in your own body- Do you feel yourself start to tighten, yor chest, your jaw, your lower back or belly? Do you start to hold your breath? Do you feel your body contract- or close down a little? When we are told that there is danger, or that there is not enough- we all naturally start to contract into a state of FEAR. When we are in a state of fear we separate out- we start to see ourselves in a world where

I am making a direct invitation to you- What if there is enough? What if we see that this current contraction we are in is simply an invitation to Not panic and Just BREATHE and live into other possiblities-

What if the greatest challenge we have right now is to realize that "We are all in this together!" That we are all connected- that the thoughts we are collectively thinking are ones that we can also collectively change- Imagine - what would happen if we all right this moment decided, that despite the numbers and figures that we are being given - we choose to know that there is enough for all of us. How would you change the way that you are moving through your day? Would you breathe more easily? Would you be a nicer person to yourself? Would you be a happier, Would you enjoy more...would be more creative and successful? Would you take more risks? Would you say yes more often? Probably you would right?

You know how when you start to think about something- the universe (collective field!) has this way of just reflecting it back to us from everywhere? Well this last week as i have been serioulsy considering how we can all "Help One Another" I have been listening and working with clients on the very same isseus:

Sounds really basic right- we all have to ask for help, support, guidance, direction, feedback, advice- Well it is basic only for many of us asking for help is not somethng that we think we can do, belive that we will receive, or in some cases think we are worthy of.

Right now i think that we are collectively in a massive growth cycle- we are being asked to deal with the changing economy- a changing world- as the internet grows in its capacity- technology is changing our lives at a faster and faster rate- we are literally being catapaulted into a planetary collecitve relationship- This is the age of information- But really isee it as the Age of Interelatedness- We are getting to see the immense power of relationship- and it is in recognizing this that we will learn how best to embrace this new world we are living in.
So in the spirit of this i invite all of you to take a moment to recognize that we are all connected and that our decesions be based on what is in the highest good for us all- I know that supporting you is the way that i will gain support....!

Breathe Awareness

The Healing Matrix- we are all part of it.

Check out this wonderful link at the end of the blog...to hear some of the most inspiring and grounded Doctors talk about the future of health care-

What does it mean to be well or healthy and how do we create this inside oursleves. Over the years what has been proven is that in 30% of cases a placebo works just as effectivley as the actual medecine prescribed. A placebo is a pill that is given thatis simply a sugar pill with no added medicatin in it... . The medicatin is simply in the prescription..It is simply the suggestion that this will help you - that indeed helps you.

So here we see that the process of healing is in the power of your mind and body together. The way you think about something is crucial to how you will experience it. The invitation for the future of our collective well being is to ask the question: "What is it that creates the optimal healing system" in other words what are the ways that i can create a system of healing within myself- with my daily practices- A system that automatically tunes me to a moe healthy, ewmpowered and vibrant way of living- where i have more energy, more vitality, and more bliss..

Daily practices build upon one another creating circuitary in the brain that in the end results in new beliefs, expereinces and realities being created. We choose what we think. We choose how to feel- we can change how we feel about something - and in doing so alter how our central nervous system reacts- This is incredibly powerful information- STRESS is the number one killer- it is the main cuase of debilitaintg diseases of mind, body and spirit...

The invitation today is to breathe awareness- when we breathe into our own awarenss of what is true for us we can open new doorways - for understanding new ways to live....

Right now truly allow yourself to consider the idea that you create your own health- and that you need to be an active participant in creating an internal sense of well being that automatically deepens your own happiness and bliss.......

Do you ever get overwhelmed?

Dont panic just take three deep breaths..and then put the kettle on!

I remember my Grandma telling me this when I got cut as a kid- it was quickly followed by lets put the kettle on...( I am after all English!)

Little did I know that as adult I would find my self as a psychotherapist building a whole practice around just that. Every day i listen to my clients tell me about how much stress life is- just trying to fit it all in- whatever it is that they are all doing-

The topic de jour is of course the terrible state of the economy. I know... I know my last two posts have been all about abundance...breathing into the possiblity that we can change our thoughts and our world....hum

Well today.... I have been given a challenge by a client who said ok...

"Great Elayne but what if i cant even get anywhere close to that place you are talking about - you know the one where everything feels hunky dory? In fact what if all i feel like doing is reaching for my familiar way to numb to and just not think about all this any more..."

Well in this case the person talking is a recovering addict and the way of numbing that they were talking about was crack. However, my bet is that when any of us feel overwhelmed we want to reach for the drink, tv, potatoe chips, ice cream what ever our particular drug of choice is! to ease the panic - the "I cant cope" feeling inside.....

So here is where Grandma steps in- and she says - "now now don't panic take a breath- lets see what else we can do here! "
So lets do it- really...no point talking about it

I invite you take a couple deep breaths and as you do to simply see yourslef letting go- letting go of trying to solve anything....

When we take a breath it literally slows things down- it signals to our central nervous system that things are ok- Stress on the other hand signals the opposite- In essence what I see is that many, if not most of my clients whatever their issues, all have one thing in common they are STRESSED.
In a state of stress your body is told "run for your life!" Literally all systems are firing and we are operating in a state of emergency..... I have to smile everytime i am in the airport in the USA and I hear we are operating on a code yellow security imperative......

thats right we are all edging between code yellow and red....Phew..
Heres something to try- next time you watch the news...notice what happens to your body- do you feel it tightening, a frown on your face, your jaw locking, your breathing getting more shallow or even holding your breath? As you are bombarded with the woes of the world do you feel how this affects you? This is the kind of stress that we all take for granted...its part of being alive...
So lets see what else- oh keeping up with phone calls, emails, my sapce, linkedin, facebook and now there's twitter, uploading, downloading, (imploding) keeping well and fit, eating healthy, making money, taking care of kids, having fun, praying, driving in traffic, the list goes on and on and on.....
I read something the other day where the author spoke about his idea that as we make the shift into this informtaion age we are bombarded with so much information that our brains can not handle- infact our "donkey" of a brain is moving way too slow to assimilate and manage all this...

So right now notice are you breathing- i am not...
so lets take a Breath and literally start to be wise managers of our own internal system....

I invite you to make it a practice every 30 mins to an hour to take a two minute breather.....
to stop...and do nothing..allow there to be a pause - like rebooting the comptuer- coz you all know if we run too many programs no matter how much RAM we have eventually the damn thing will freeze (yet another response to overload!!)

have a beautiful breathing day!
Breezy moments bought to be Planet Breathe!

Breathe Appreciation

Breathe Appreciation - Abundantly!
Abundance- it is everywhere-notice what happens when you read these words- do they pass you by? What do you think? What does your body feel? Do you resist the idea, embrace it or simply deeply agree? Whatever your reaction is don't judge it simply see it.
It is easier today to think thoughts about the lack of abundance- Every time I switch on the news there it is-the stark reality- GM going bankrupt- British Airways to lay off 1500, on and on...
When we are being saturated with all this so called reality how can we think any different....isn't it madness to suggest that there is abundance in this world at this point? I like so many others am being called into a new and more truthful relationship with understanding the enrgy of money.
How we think about money affects everything. How we think about what we have or dont have affects how we see our world. - Remember here- our beliefs are simply thoughts that we keep thinking over and over again until they become reality for us. They are like a recording- we are recording all day long every since we have been born here. Do you realize though that you are the master recorder and that you can choose what to record, edit, delete, or even re-record. This a simple outline for changing how you think and when you change this you can see the results in how your life changes.
You are what you think you are....
So if we continue to think and record thoughts like: i dont have enough, there is not enough, i am not going to make it, where will the money come from, i have not money i dont have enough--
these thoughts enjoy company and so other thoughts that match these come up and pretty soon we are in a downward spiral all the way to a place where we feel like there is no hope...This place simply attracts more of the same- misery loves the company. Then we see the world as a bleak place full of lack, empty of prosperity. Its compelling- Especially when every one else is doing it- How can we refute the figures?
Good so we can agree-
that thinking and recording these thoughts leads us to feel bad- lacking in energy and hope- so at some point we have to arrive at a place where we can see that there is a turn around- Follow the downward spiral of despration and at some point you will run into a thought that feels slightly better, that can bring a smile to our lips:
"I dont have enough, i never have enough, especially now how can i, its not going to work, i am scared , this is making me anxious, i dont knwo what to do, i fell afraid, and stuck, everyone is stuck what can i do....all i can do is laugh.....ok good....now feel the laugh that comes.....its absurd, this is not the way i want to be, laughing feels better, i cant control or change anyone else, i can only do something about the way i think, i feel a bit better,, there is some hope, i can do something, ok now this is better, lets see what do i have...ok yes thats it.....now lets see what can i appreciate in this moment...what can i find that makes me feel even better what ever it is...."
Ok so we see that we can follow the feelings and thoughts until we hit on one that can make us feel slightly better and then we build on this- we nurture that genuine feeling of being slightly better. Finding ways to deepen it increase it....feel it...thats the commitment - the willingness to stay with what feels better.
We have to be willing to move towards that which feels better...
Breathing Appreciation: Yesterday I wrote about a gratitude practice- this next practice builds upon the feeling good factor. Appreciation is the deep alignment of you with you- When you are in appreciation there is an absence of struggle, resistance, fear, doubt, hatred, self denial- all those things that make you feel bad. There is the presence of all the things that make you feel good. We become what we practice- lets go back to the idea that we are constantly recording...so how does it feel to record appreciation:
Breathe.......
think about someone who you love- deeply- a child is helpful here or even an animal. Allow yourself to see them in your minds eye. Imagine them here with you. Start to notice what happens inside when you do this. When you call them into your vision. Notice your breathing (i just took a deep breath) notice how you feel, what comes to you- are you feeling more relaxed, more warmth- do you feel a certain softening- ok
good
you are moving into the state of love and appreciation- this state is magnetic, and infectious....living within this state is simply going to create more of it- this is the most basic law of our universe - the law of attraction.
Now
back to Abundance-
this starts with deeply appreciating what we already are- and by virtue of that what we have....
intention of the day- to Breathe Appreciation .....
I am deeply appreciating the opportunity to write this and be another resonant voice of prosperity and healing on the planet...Planet Breathe here at your service....
